It can separate 2-6 size product continuously and accurately .The sieve mesh decks can be chosen according to your sieving demand, the max deck is 5 decks and can get 6 fractions. The vibrating sieve size can be from 16” to 72” diameter to meet different separation demand

Working principle:The material screening is realized by vibration.Vibro sieve machine uses vertical vibration motor or special vibration exciter as vibration source. The vertical vibration motor and vibration exciter have a eccentric weights at the both at their upper and lower sides. The eccentric weights can generate a three-dimensional movement in horizontal, vertical and inclined directions. By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the material on the screen can change the movement locus, realizing screening performance demand. The phase angle can be set by the operator according to the screening efficiency and output.
