vibrating sieve machine is multi function separating and sieving equipment for dry material and wet material. It can proceed the following five sieving operation. Dry material scalping and de-dusting, separating and wet material de-watering and filtering.Wet material’s de-watering is that removal of a high percent solids from a liquid. The filtering is removal of a low percentage of solids from a liquid. The vibrating sieve machine also named liquid filter which is a kind of impurity removal operation for wet material The finest filter can be 500 mesh.

Working principle: The vibrating sieve machine vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights mounted on up and down of motor. The rotation of up eccentric weight occur horizontal motion and take the material from center to periphery. The rotation of down eccentric weight occur vertical and incline plane motion. The phase angle of up and down eccentric weight adjustment will influence the material motion track and screening efficiency.

Application:

De-watering for wet material, remove high percentage solid from liquid material

Foods: Separation of bagasse from Sugar melt, casein curd from whey, corn fiber from starch slurry, gluten from wheat starch, de-watering of gruits and vegetables, spent coffee grounds,potato slices, instant rice, tuna, caustic bottle wash, apple or citrus juices prior to filtration.

Chemicals: Separation of salt from glycerine,polyethylene from extruder water.coagulum from latex, aligns from digestion liquor, Spirlina de watering, de-watering of digested reclaim rubber, TNT, clarifying of polyvinyl acetate emulsions, paints, enamels.

Pulp: De-watering of rejects before refining , de-watering of knots.

Filtering-small percentage of solids remain on screen
