It often is used to solve difficult screening material, such as ultra fine powder, patcky material etc. The ultrasonic system adopt ultrasonic transducer to convert electricity energy into mechanical energy. High frequency break down the mesh tension and make effectively stainless mesh wire free friction and prevent the greater or smaller particles blocking the mesh.
It makes the material fast screening by ultrasonic mesh frame vibrating caused by ultrasonic transducer vibration. There are two kinds installation way for the ultrasonic device, one is inside the vibratory sieve, the other kind is outside of sieve.
Inside installation way cost is low, but maintenance is complicated.
