Clogging often occur when sieving difficult powders of 300 microns and below. The screening clogging is caused because the following reasons: the on size material clog on the screen aperture to preventing other material through openings; the material is sticky or material include many similar size particles with aperture clog.

For this application case, the ultrasonic sieving machine has better deblinding system. The ultrasonic transducer is attached on the sieve frame. When it works , there occur synchronous vibration for ultrasonic transducer and sieve frame which will take the mesh high frequently vibrate to avoid greater or smaller particle blinding and reach a quick sieving and deblinding effect.
