vibro screening machine is a size separating system , separating raw materials into several different size fractions . It is often used for screening powder materials and size grading granular materials .

For separating different size coffee beans and remove foreign beans .

The vibro screening machine is driven by a unbalance motor, which is with variable eccentric weights on both sides of motor shaft, The screening time and movement of material on the screen surface can be controlled by adjusting the angle of the two eccentric weights.

According to different application demand, some screening machine need different treatment technic. These technic are applied for cover, base and screen frame.

1. Mirror polishing: this treatment technic make the machine looks beautiful, but there are some client don’t need this treatment because it’s cost is higher than sand blasting. More important, when they works at night, mirror polishing occur light pollution.
2. Sand blast process: this treatment techic is more economic. For in general, the sand blast is ok.
3. Standard screening machine process is inside drawing process, the outer is polishing for screen frame.
4. For vibro screening machine base, there are polishing, sand blast and spraying plastics.
