Rotex vibrating screen often is used to separate different particle sands for different usage in mineral industry. Rotex vibrating screen is improved base on traditional linear vibrating screen. It realize high accuracy screening on the base of linear vibrating screen’s large capacity. So it become popular screening machine in quarry.
Working principle
This machine utilizes a gyratory-reciprocating motion and provide a combination of actions to the material as it passes along the screen surface. It begins with a horizontal circular motion at the inlet, gradually changes to elliptical motion at the center, and finally to a straight-line motion at outlet, keeping the material in constant contact with the screen surface without deterioration.
