The rotary sieve machine is high precision screening machine and it can be used to separating/scalping / de-dust for dry material and to dewater and filter for wet material.
The material of powder vibrating screen can be stainless steel, carbon steel or material contact part is stainless, the base is carbon steel according to different material characteristics.
Working principle: The rotary sieve machine uses upright vibration motor as its vibration source. The vibration source include vibration motor, top and bottom eccentric block. The eccentric blocks are installed on the motor’s top and bottom. The material make horizontal, vertical and incline 3 D motion on the screen surface. By adjusting the phase angles of the top and bottom eccentric blocks, the material motion trajectory on the screen can be changed and meet different screening demand.
