automatic sieving machine is a standard analysis sieve shaker integrating powder grading and liquid filtration; it is suitable for accurate analysis of particle size structure of particles and powders in laboratory and quality control room, and test and analysis of solid content and impurity content of liquid. It can be up to 8 sieve trays, sieve dia is 200mm and 300mm. The mesh and punching plate accord with ISO3310/1-1982 and ISO3310/2-1982 international standard.

Operation process:

Step 1: Scale the tested material
Step 2: Place sieves with required mesh size on the machine base sequentially
Step 3: Pour the tested material into the top of sieve
Step 4: After putting all material to every sieve, then cover with the cover and set the time
Step 5: Turn on the power
Step 6: It’s time to set up, power off
Step 7: Remove the cover and sieves one by one from the top to bottom
Step 8: Summary: measure the weight of test material left on each sieve and bottom pan, and then gets their proportion and other related analysis result.
